Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is an area that covers all the company and we are partners with our suppliers and customers.

Our focus: the internal and external customer.

We ensure that our processes are in complete compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices, international guidelines and customer requirements throughout the product cycle.

We also ensure that:

  • Our facilities and equipment are qualified;
  • Analytical methods, manufacturing processes and packaging, cleaning procedures and computer systems (GxP critical) are validated;
  • Internal documentation complies with standards and customer requirements;
  • Packaging materials, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products are analyzed according to the specifications and approved methods;
  • Products are manufactured and packaged in accordance with the legislation in force, the AIM and approved the customer's instructions
