Service
IBERFAR is completely committed to providing its clients with the best
possible service and a high degree of reliability. A Customer Service is
available as part of the Logistics Department.
The
Customer Service promotes the relationship between IBERFAR and the Client,
increases satisfaction and strengthens the business relationship between both
companies.
Through
Logistics, Customer Service is responsible for handling Clients orders, from
reception to delivery, and to make sure their requirements are met. It is the
Voice of the Client within the organization.
